My Story

My Mission: Connection & Healing
Meaningful connection is what drives me. For decades, I engaged with audiences as a media personality in radio and television. Today, that same passion for people guides my work in the healing arts. I offer gentle yoga and meditation, transformative practices designed to deeply support both your physical health and mental well-being.
Yoga as a Pathway Through Life's Challenges
Yoga and meditation are not about achieving perfection—they are about practice. These tools personally helped me navigate intense grief, to process the devastation of my father's death when I was 21 years old, my brother's suicide and my divorce. They helped me quiet my harsh internal critic and learn to love myself. Through movement and mindfulness, I learned to offer myself forgiveness, make peace with my body, and replace negative self-talk with kindness. I am here to remind you that you can do the same for yourself.
