My Story
Meaningful connection with people is what drives me, from working as a media personality in radio and TV since 1988, to offering healing practices that can improve physical and mental health. Becoming a yoga instructor, meditation teacher and health coach required me to look at my habits and better care for myself. It's all practice, there's no 'perfect'.
Yoga helped me process the grief and anger over losing family members. It helped me through a divorce and various other life stressors. It helps me remember to offer kindness and forgiveness to myself and others. The practice also taught me to stop hating myself, to make friends with my body and stop allowing the negative internal voice to drone on about things that don't matter.
I have extensive training that includes on-going learning and seeking best practices to optimally support all my clients. I am here when you're ready to explore.
