iRest meditation is a research-supported method of mitigating stress, depression, symptoms of anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain and insomnia. I've been facilitating this style of meditation since 2022 to CEOs, first responders, business leaders and individuals to assist in navigating stress, burnout, trauma and life transitions.
​
We could do an 8-week series of meditations, sessions approximately 45 minutes (most recommended for developing ongoing practices), a single session for introduction purposes or whatever else you have in mind.

Custom offerings for first responders, non-profit businesses, teams and leadership are an option, too.
If you'd like an in-service mental wellness presentation that includes chair-based, beginner friendly yoga and/or meditation, let's have a conversation.
